This plan is a slab on grade rambler and has a total of 2,818 finished square feet, with 2,318 on the main level and 500 in the bonus room. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and the bonus room could also serve as a 4th bedroom as it does have it's own 3/4 bathroom and a closet. The primary bedroom ensuite features a separate tub & shower and two separate vanities and sinks for a true "his & hers" feeling. The side entry garage gives this home great curb appeal! There is also a covered rear patio .

This home features board and batten siding on all four sides, craftsman decor at the entry gable, double entry door, 10' ceilings throughout, a vaulted ceiling in the living room with a wood beam and a gas fireplace, a spacious kitchen with a built in oven/microwave, a very large center island, a large pantry that has an (optional) easy access entry door from the garage, granite or quartz kitchen countertops, and a ceramic tile backsplash. There is conveniently a 1/2 bath right off the garage and back entry. All the bedrooms are on the upper level, which is great for keeping separation from guests. The laundry room is a good size and is also on the upper level centrally located between the bedrooms.
